House Rules & Stay Guidelines

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Guest limits apply — please do not bring additional guests beyond what was declared at booking without prior admin approval.

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and events require prior written approval.

Smoking of any kind — cigarettes, shisha, vapes, or any tobacco/herbal products — is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, balcony, or any common areas. A fine of ₦500,000 will be charged for any violation, deducted from your caution fee and invoiced for the remainder. This is non-negotiable.

Kindly maintain the apartment in the condition you found it. Any damages to furniture, fittings, or appliances may be deducted from your caution fee. Report any pre-existing damage upon check-in.

Access cards and all keys must be returned at checkout. Caution fees are refunded within 24–48 hours for weekday checkouts and within 72 hours for weekend checkouts, provided no damages are found.
